  Definitely Github. Tech stack fits, plus it would be a great opportunity for him to improve NuGet and would help Github break into the .Net community more. I got 5 on it.

  Here is my evidence:
  - Recent desk shopping and office cleanup points to a remove position
  - Mentioning 'not leaving the .net community' over 500 times in his blog implies that he will be leaving the .net community
  - Company "likes to announce new hires" implies that it isn't another humungocorp
